The Brief
Develop an identity mark and campaign targeting Wells Fargo's home mortgage loan officers that are stuck in call centers. Guide them on how to transfer customers to learn more about Wells Fargo Insurance.
Idea
We showed the benefit of having your mortgage and insurance 'Under One Roof'. We channeled Charles and Ray Eames, creating a house of cards that gives team members a fun break. Each card highlighted ways to speak to customers. Posters carried the message further.
Results
60% lift in positive customer feedback after speaking with a loan officer.
