Patient Quick Notes

All the feels in
plain language.

The Brief
Update and rebrand the current Quick Notes which have too much content and are difficult to follow, especially for an aging audience.

Idea
We had around 20 of these and decided to split them up between four writers. While these are my bunch, we first collaborated to set the template to make sure that they all followed the same structure. We trimmed the words to open up negative space for improved readability. Bold title graphics and section headings made them easily read at a glance.
